Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is issued by WP Tailwatch LLC (“WP Tailwatch”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). At WP Tailwatch, we stand behind our product and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first purchase of WP Tailwatch. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted, even if multiple invoices or renewals have been paid. The 14-day period is calculated from the date of the initial purchase of the core WP Tailwatch subscription.2. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your WP Tailwatch Cloud Dashboard.
- Go to Billing → Refunds.
- Submit your refund request within the 14-day period.
- After the 14-day window, the refund option will be automatically disabled in the dashboard.
3. Review & Approval
Refund requests are reviewed within 3–4 working days. You will receive an email notification once the request has been approved or declined.4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within up to 14 days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed through our payment provider.5. Add-Ons & Non-Refundable Items
The following add-ons and optional services are non-refundable, whether purchased separately or alongside a subscription:- Premium Support Credits
- Push Notification Credits
- Mobile App Access
- Usage-based credits
- Any one-time service fees
- Any custom development or implementation services
6. Limitations
- Refunds are not available after the 14-day refund window.
- Refunds cannot be requested multiple times for the same customer after an initial refund has been granted.
- If a refund is granted, access to WP Tailwatch services and associated features may be suspended or terminated.
